    I am a professional cook, specialized in vegetarian and vegan cuisine. I work at Kloosterhotel Zin (The Netherlands), among others, with a 100% organically certified (EKO quality mark) kitchen that has a 'Green Key Gold' certification.

    In addition, I regularly work for institutions such as the Hoorneboeg and have been catering for years. In 2019 I provided food for the Les Vaux Foundation during a week of reflection for people with cancer. There I noticed how much satisfaction it gave me to cook not only healthy and organic but also meaningful for a small group of people. That’s when I decided to do this more.

  • Who do you get?

    I am practical, independent, down to earth and flexible. I understand when a program suddenly has to be changed. Special diet preferences are fine. I'd be happy to solve it for you.

    I am a well-organized force in the kitchen, I work hard and in the evening your kitchen is completely clean and tidy again.

  • Why am I bald?

    Yes, you are probably going to ask that question. I am not a Zen Buddhist and I am not sick. I have Alopecia (Female Baldness) and after years of struggle with all kinds of 'solutions' I finally decided that I want to be completely myself and I shaved my head. I want to live an authentic life. And that’s why, as a cook, I like to work in a meaningful environment, close to nature and I cook without meat or fish.

  • A little more background

    I have worked in youth care as a social worker for 10 years. In 2008 I resigned and lived in Nepal for a year.

    I like to work with my hands. My biggest hobby is making swings, which I sometimes hang (a bit civilly disobedient) in public places.

    I like adventure and like to go abroad with you.
